Inaugural post of my new art blog! I started painting back in 2004; back then I would utilize texture to build up my painting surface - as of late I find myself going down that road again. This one is done on a wood panel and has different kinds of paper on its surface to create some separation effects. After that I went at it with mixed media, mostly oils and some oil pastel.
